Taina is passionate about developing leaders and helping them to cultivate life-giving relationships in organizations that strengthen people for greater Kingdom impact. She holds a PhD in Educational Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, along with degrees from Moody Graduate School, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Taina has served as a TEAM missionary in Manila, Philippines, where she taught at the International Graduate School of Leadership, and then, in the US, coached new TEAM missionaries preparing for cross-cultural ministry. Before serving with TEAM, Taina spent sixteen years in clinical research management with major pharmaceutical companies in Chicago. Beyond her vocational calling, Taina loves God, good coffee, and deep conversations, and thrives on learning and asking great questions that spark growth. Taina and her husband, Adam, a PCA pastor, live in Saint Paul, MN, with their sheepadoodle, Tozer.
