Jeff is a retired professor who previously taught at Biola University, Claremont Graduate University, and in the Graziadio MBA program at Pepperdine University. In 1997, he received Whittier College’s Harry S. Nerhood Teaching Excellence Award. He is Professor Emeritus at Whittier College and continues to teach in Claremont Graduate University’s Tribal Administration Certificate Program.
Jeff brings 25 years of executive management experience to his
academic work. He served as vice president of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and as director of the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management’s Executive Management and MBA programs at
Claremont Graduate University.
In addition to his academic and corporate leadership, Jeff is deeply engaged in Christian service and philanthropic leadership. He is active in Christ Church of Madison and served as Chair of the Grant
Committee for United Madison Christian Givers, helping steward significant financial resources to support local and global
ministries. He is committed to integrating faith, responsible management, and servant leadership, and he encourages leaders to
pursue both excellence and moral purpose in their work.
Jeff has consulted with numerous organizations across corporate, nonprofit, and ministry sectors. He and his wife, Susan, live in Wisconsin.
